Returns with Zeebra™ are easy. You can return your unused items for any reason within 30 days of receiving your package.

You will be provided with a pre-paid return label so you do not have to pay for return postage.

We all love to get items that fit perfectly, but sometimes the size/colour just is not right.

If you need to exchange an item, request a free return within 30 days of delivery and make a separate order for the desired one.

Super easy. Just submit a return request through our dedicated Returns Center within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return request has been accepted you will receive an email within 2 working days along with a pre-paid return label that you will need to use to send back your item.
After we have received your item, it will be inspected and a refund will be processed right away.
